The customer service at Rick's Used Cars was wonderful! Matt and Blaine were so helpful with our car buying process. They gave us space and time to look at several different cars to ensure we purchased the vehicle that was best suited for our needs. There was no pressure to buy or trade, just great customer service.

I had a great experience at this car lot from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision without any pressure. Blaine was my salesman ! And too say he did an amazing job is a understatement ❤️

I really enjoyed my experience at Rick’s. Matt was great. He was real with me, didn’t get “salesly” at all and was honest the whole way through. I can tell that they care about what they sell by how well kept their lot was too. I’d definitely recommend giving them a shot if you’re looking to buy.

I have nothing but good things to say about the people at Rick’s Used Cars! They were able to put me in my dream car for a very reasonable price. We were greeted immediately when we arrived, and we were off on a test drive in no time with Shawn’s help. The owner (BJ) even let my fiancé put the car up on a lift to look it over fully. Finally, while we were finishing paperwork, our salesman Shawn washed, detailed, and filled up my new car! These are people who are confident in what they’re selling and want to help make you feel comfortable in your purchase. We will definitely be back to buy our next car here too!
