I called ahead of time about a Lexus is350, they were great over the phone and told me to come check it out. I got down there and they got me the keys to let me look over it and test drive it. The car was in amazing condition and the price was set at a very reasonable price. I asked for numbers and explained I was going to check out a few more cars and they didn’t try to pressure me into buying it right then and there which was nice. I ultimately didn’t end up buying their car, but it was a very nice experience shopping there.

This is a first rate dealership. They aren't "pushy" and go above & beyond to make you feel exceptional. The cars on the lot are all top notch and in great condition. I would highly recommend Rick's to anyone who is in the market for a used car. Matt Thompson and everyone we encountered were very professional and come highly recommended in my book. My granddaughter and I went to Rick’s with the hope of her purchasing a car for her and her two young boys as her current car had become unsafe to drive. She knew she faced the challenges of a first time buyer and was afraid she would not be approved to get a vehicle. She did encounter some obstacles but the staff and owners all worked together to make sure she walked out with a safe, dependable car. She was so happy and now feels comfortable driving her children.We cannot say enough good things about their inventory and service but mostly their amazing desire to help.We HIGHLY recommend this business if you need a new vehicle.

Rick and Shawn were great!!! Very good establishment and professional! Traded my car for my first truck and I love it. The most I really liked was they didn't low ball me on my trade in like most places do.

Very great customer service,we enter in the lot an was greeted right away, ask us questions on what we where looking for an showed us what they had .they gave us the keys to the cars to look at an let us test them out . But the end of the day I left that lot with a car I didn’t think I was going to find, thanks for helping me with my new car.

My wife and i bought a tundra from Blaine Weaver and Matt Thompson .Amazingly easy and VERY transparent purchase we felt very comfortable and everything was explain and made easy for us. Showed us everything we wanted to see as far as checking codes on the car .Will for sure be going back for another car in the future and will be reccomending!
