These guys are amazing- The staff here was great very welcome, kind, and knowledgeable- The financial management will go above and beyond for you to get you in your car/truck at the rate and down payment you want and and can afford- The sales staff was also amazing and very kind and quick offering me water and privacy if and when needed- The mechanics are knowledgeable and fair so be realistic with what your car is worth- The only complaint i would have is because of taken a little long to get paperwork done but thats at every dealership but still annoying lolOver all these guys are amazing and I will reference anyone looking for a car/truck/suv should at least give then a conversation

Bought my 2016 F250 from Blaine today, the process was efficient and convenient. He even FaceTimed me ahead of time before making the long drive to the dealership showing me the ins and outs of the truck. Got there and the customer service was even better in person.

We just bought a wonderful work truck for our welding business at Rick’s Used Cars, and it was the best experience we’ve had buying a car! Blaine and Matt were a fabulous team to work with. They were very pleasant and authentic, and they stayed late on a Friday evening to figure out the financing for us. We had to drive two hours to Rick’s, but it was absolutely worth the trip!

I had an excellent experience at Rick's. Blaine was the salesman who helped me out when I was there, who was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, and was very accomodating in the specific requests I had in the agreement when purchasing the vehicle (agreed to fix one minor issue with AC/Heat, and I asked for them to remove and keep the van seats I didn't want). I'm not a professional mechanic, but I have about 15 years of experience working on cars. It was clear that the vehicles sold in this lot were of higher quality than most of what I'd seen in the surrounding area. I ended up purchasing an older van from them with low mileage at a great price. I had been searching for awhile and looked at many car lots, and I had no luck finding one in my price range that was mechanically/structurally sound. Rick's had exactly what I needed at a great price. They also offer generous warranties for people who want extended levels of coverage for used cars, which I did end up purchasing because van engines are annoying to work on and I just wanted the peace of mind. I chose to pay more to get the warranty option that expires based only on mileage from purchase (not based on time/years from purchase) that way it would last a lot longer as I don't intend on using it as my main ride. It was a couple thousand more to purchase a warranty but it essentially covered everything I'd ever be concerned about, and it works with any ASE certified mechanic. Van was at 73k mi and the warranty protected essentially everything under the sun for another 80k miles. Matt was very helpful in explaining all the warranty options and phoned his representatives to make sure all of my questions were answered. If you can't afford to go to a dealership and buy a new truck or van, but you still want a quality truck/van with similar protections that a dealership has to offer, I'd highly suggest Rick's. I'll definitely be coming back for my next 4wd truck.

I was looking for a 3/4 ton suburban and Ricks had it. I talked to Shawn(salesmen) asked him about this truck and he FaceTimed me and showed me what ever I wanted. He was so helpful and gave me the confidence to make the journey. So I flew from Michigan to North Carolina walked into a very welcoming and professional dealership, They made trip seamless and sold me my favorite vehicle I’ve ever owned.
