Bought a 2019 Toyota Sequoia SR5 Sequoia SR5 a few days ago from this dealership with Shawn Worthy in sales who was so patiently helpful and accommodating during the 2 monthlong courtship/haggling over this vehicle. An outside transport outfit delivered it to our driveway. Checked it over, it looked impressive, well taken cared for by the sole previous owner. Took it for a spin with my wife, the ride is steady n comfy while the engine purrs like new. It even smelled good too; kudos to Shawn and the service people. Thank you once again, I’m highly recommending you sir to any future prospective buyers on account of your deligence and is always there to answer questions. Shawn “you’re the man”.

Solid lot, easy process. Worked with Matthew who’s a stand up guy and it’s a family business. I’m a quick deal kind of guy and so was he. Obviously we will see how the truck does later down the line but I feel like I’m in good hands.

Shawn was great he even communicated with me while the dealership was closed over a holiday weekend. The guys there help me get shipping and sent it up here to Ohio for me with no problems no issues. Great people to deal with and would not hesitate to do it again.

I have bought 2 vehicles from ricks used cars. I have dealt with both Shaun and Matt and the owner BJ. They went above and beyond to provide great customer service and find me the absolute best interest rate on the vehicles. I would recommend Ricks used cars to anyone looking to buy a vehicle with no issues and wanting great customer service. They even put fuel in the cars before I left the dealership!

Ricks has a good selection of vehicles, and all of the vehicles are clean and in good shape. They are upfront with Carfax information and so far, I am really happy with my purchase.
