I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an SUV from Rick’s Used Cars Inc., and I cannot recommend them highly enough! My salesman, Matt Thompson, made the experience truly exceptional. From my very first email inquiry, he was personable, patient, and ready to help.I drove a couple of hours to their location for a test drive, and Matt had everything prepared for me. He made sure I had ample time—four hours—with the SUV, including a pre-purchase inspection with an outside technician that I had scheduled with online the week before . Even when the tech was delayed (no fault of the dealership or Matt), Matt was incredibly patient and kept checking in with me while still assisting other customers. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision.When I finally decided to purchase, Matt made the paperwork process a breeze! It was efficient, transparent, and completed in just 30 minutes. This was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a pre-owned vehicle. Matt's approach truly felt like a partnership rather than the adversarial experience typically associated with used car purchases.Thank you, Matt, for your outstanding assistance! Great experience! Buying a used vehicle can be a headache to say the least as it always feels like a gamble. My husband and I had been looking for a used car for at least 2 months and went back on forth on what we wanted. What mattered the most to us was vehicle reliability and longevity (we previously owned a 2015 suburban purchased from a large reputable dealership that ended up being a total lemon!). After visiting a couple dealerships (and not having a good feeling about the whole process and the cars we test drove), we found ourselves at Rick’s.. largely because of the variety of nice cars of their lot and their high online reviews. From start to finish the process was fast and easy. Our salesman Shawn was top notch and very experienced! They don’t hover, they don’t get in your business and there is zero pressure to buy. We drove away in our first Toyota! Just so happens we know Rick’s daughter! God is good!

Purchased a vehicle in March from here and had nothing but a great and welcoming experience. I was glad to find a car I really hadn't considered. I was also thankful to be able to purchase an extended warranty for peace of mind. Sometimes you will find just what you need when you least expected. The entire staff was very nice and customer service was excellent. I recommend them for your next car purchase without hesitation!
