After deciding to replace my truck I went to Ricks because of the type of customer, and the type of man Rick was when he did business with us over 20 years ago. It is rare that a man, and subsequently his family leave that kind of lasting impression. Shawn, my salesman, was very professional and made every aspect of purchasing a vehicle relaxed and simple. It was a team effort to make every aspect of the sale happen. They did it all, seemingly effortlessly, kindly, sometimes with humor, always with a smile.

An extremely rewarding car buying experience. They have quality cars and are not vultures circling to pounce on you and batter you to purchase a car. Very laid back yet knowledgeable and impart great information. It felt more like they were family and less of the typical car sales experience. Great folks.

My experience with Ricks Used Cars was really good. I filled out an online inquiry around 11pm on a Sunday night and included my phone number as well. I received a text message back within 5-10 minutes from Shawn, my sales guy. This guy was on top of it. The customer service this guy delivered was phenomenal. I purchased a used Land Cruiser “sight unseen” and requested detailed videos. Shawn didn’t quickly skip over imperfections on the vehicle (there weren’t many considering I purchased a 15 year old vehicle with over 220k miles) and I was very pleased with the quality to price. After I had put down the deposit to move forward with the deal, I was directed to Matt, the finance guy. Matt was terrific as well. He helped me through the process as I have never had a vehicle shipped to me. Super helpful dude. They seem to get a lot of their inventory from Texas, so rust shouldn’t be an issue. I will be looking at their website in the future for more “enthusiasts” purchases. Great people to work with. 10/10 would recommend. Great job Shawn and Matt, keep up the great work gentlemen 👍

Waited until after closing for me to get there, truck was everything I wanted and more, Matt was awesome, everyone was super friendly, would definitely recommend for you to at least ride by and check them out if you’re looking for a new vehicle
