All Coverage levels include these additional benefits listed below

Wear & Use Included in all coverage levels, is the replacement of covered components resulting from the gradual reduction in performance due to normal wear and use, when the wear exceeds the manufacturer’s specification.

Rental Assistance In the event of a mechanical breakdown of a covered part, you will be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred for substitute transportation up to $35.00 per day, for five (5) days, not to exceed $175.00 per occurrence.

Trip Interruption Assistance Provides reimbursement up to $225 for meal and lodging expenses incurred when a covered breakdown disables your vehicle more than 100 miles from your hometown.

Roadside Assistance Compass Protection Plan provides National Roadside Assistance through Nation Safe Drivers for towing and other emergency needs. If you have a breakdown or need other assistance, call the toll free number 24 hours a day.

Future Contract Guarantee If you choose to extend the Compass Protection Plan beyond the term of your first contract, you may purchase a new contract up to 30 Days and 1,500 miles before expiration.

Contract Transferability In the event you sell the covered vehicle to another private party, you may apply for transfer of coverage to the new owner. Refer to the service agreement section terms & conditions for necessary procedures.

Flexible Deductibles Choose the deductible that fits your budget and your driving needs.

Accepted Nationwide Compass Protection Plan service contracts are accepted by repair facilities anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. Claims can be paid by corporate credit cards to expedite your repair.

These benefits are provided for the term of
your service agreement for up to $50.00
per occurrence, with no annual fee.

Towing Assistance When towing is necessary, the covered vehicle will be towed to the destination of you choice.

Battery Service If a battery failure occurs, a jump-start will be applied to start the covered vehicle.

Flat Tire Service Tire service includes removal of the flat tire and its replacement with the covered vehicle’s spare tire.

Emergency Fluid/Fuel Delivery Service An emergency supply of coolant, oil, water or fuel will be delivered to your covered vehicle at place of disablement. You will pay the cost of the actual fluid or fuel when delivered.

Lock-Out Assistance If your keys are locked inside the covered vehicle, assistance will be provided to gain entry to the vehicle.

Out-of-Pocket Expense Just sign and go, there are no receipts to submit for reimbursement.

Gold

Includes all of Bronze & Silver, plus these enhanced named components listed below.

HIGH TECHNOLOGY Available options for Silver coverage vehicles with less than 100,000 miles at the time of sale. Includes selected additional technology and convenience components such as: driver information displays, fuel injectors and sensors, engine management control computer, cruise control, ABS wheel sensors, level control, factory installed combination entry transmitter and transceiver and anti-theft device, factory installed AM/FM radio and speakers, cassette/CD player, equalizer/amplifier, DVD video player and its remote transmitter and monitor display, all factory installed power motors and manually operated control switches for radio antenna, seats, headlight doors, mirrors, convertible top, sun roof, sliding doors, rear hatch and trunk pull down. ENHANCED SUSPENSION Adds rear suspension control arms, shafts and bushings, trailing arms, spindles/ knuckles and supports, ball joints, spherical rod ends and tie rods, stabilizer bar, linkage and bushings, front and rear coil springs, leaf springs and torsion bars.

ENHANCED TECHNOLOGY Includes convenience and technology components such as: manufacturer installed navigation system, seat heater/cooler elements, powered mirror heater elements, back up camera and monitor, back up sensors and alarm, powertrain control module, serpentine belt and belt tensioner, oxygen sensor(s). When selected in optional equipment: the turbo/supercharged engine-intercooler, superchargerclutch and pulley are covered.

CONVENIENCE Space tire carrier, mirror swing arms and mounts, factory installed running board actuator motors, pop-out sliding window latches and hinges. Tailgate handles, locks, hinges, cables, and latches. Cargo lamp, courtesy lights and map light fixtures. Hood, trunk and hatch-gas assist cylinders. Manually operated seat track latches, adjusters and folding mechanism.

Silver

Includes all of Bronze, plus these enhanced named components listed below.

EXTENDED DRIVETRAIN Engine: Drive pulleys, auxiliary oil cooler and metal cooler lines, oil pressure sending unit, water jacket-core plugs. Transmission: Oil cooler and metal cooler lines, electronic shift control solenoid(s) and speed sensor.

EXTENDED AIR CONDITIONING Receiver drier, orifice, temperature control programmer, P.O.A. valve, expansion valve, heater/AC blower motor, heater core.

EXTENDED ELECTRICAL Selected additional components such as rear wiper motor, heated back glass-element, wiring harnesses, power window motors, power door lock actuators, manually operated electrical switches, ignition switch, brake light switch, and doorjamb switches. See contract for specific list of covered parts.

ENGINE COOLING Radiator, cooling fan(s) and motor(s), fan blade and clutch, shroud, coolant recovery tank, thermostat, temperature sending unit.

ENGINE FUEL Fuel pump, fuel tank, fuel tank sending unit, fuel tank filler neck.

FRONT SUSPENSION Upper and lower control arms, shafts and bushings, upper and lower ball joints, stabilizer shaft including linkage, mounts and bushings, strut rods, king pins, spindles/knuckles and supports. Front end alignment will also be included where required to complete covered repairs.

STEERING Steering housing and all internal lubricated parts including power steering pump, reservoir, power cylinder assembly, main and intermediate steering shaft and coupling, steering oil cooler and metal lines, tie rod ends, center link, idler arm, pitman arm. Four wheel steering (optional): Secondary steering rack, power steering pump and tie rod ends are covered. Two or four wheel alignment where required to complete repairs.

BRAKES Power assist booster, master cylinder, disc brake calipers, wheel cylinders, hydraulic metal lines and fittings, metering/proportioning value, parking brake linkage and cables.

SEALS AND GASKETS Included for Silver coverage vehicles with less than 100,000 miles at time of sale. (optional): For Silver coverage vehicles with OVER 100,001 miles at the time of sale.

Bronze

Includes these essential Powertrain plus components listed below.

ENGINE Gas or Diesel: Cylinder block and head(s) and all internal lubricated parts, timing belt and belt tensioner, water pump, intake and exhaust manifold(s), harmonic balancer, flywheel/flex plate, valve cover(s), timing case cover, oil pan, dipstick and tube, vacuum pump, motor mounts. Turbo/Supercharger(optional): Housing and all internal lubricated parts plus the wastegate/bypass valve. Turbo Diesel (optional): Includes above engine coverage plus diesel injection pump, diesel metal fuel lines and nozzles.

TRANSMISSION Automatic or Standard: Transmission case and all internal lubricated parts, vacuum modulator, dip stick and tube. 4x4/AWD (optional): Transfer case housing and all internal lubricated parts and mount.

DRIVE AXLE Front or Rear Wheel Drive: Drive axle housing and all internal lubricated components including limited slip clutch pack, axle shafts, constant velocity joints and double offset joints, drive shafts, drive shaft support, u-joints, front and rear wheel hub bearings. 4x4/AWD: All components listed above plus locking hubs.

AIR CONDITIONING Compressor and clutch, condenser, evaporator.

ELECTRICAL Alternator, voltage regulator, starter motor and drive, starter solenoid, front windshield wiper motor.

TAXES AND FLUIDS State and local taxes where applicable and required fluids to complete covered repairs.
